The National Qualifiers for the International BMW GS Trophy have been announced
BMW Motorrad has announced registration for the Indian National Qualifiers Open for all BMW GS motorcycle owners in India. The Indian National Qualifier rounds for the BMW Motorrad International GS Trophy 2022 will be hosted in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru and Bhubaneswar. The winners of the qualifier round will compete in the national final for “Team India” status. Registration for the Indian National Qualifier is open to all male and female BMW GS motorcycle owners in India. The three winners of the Indian National Qualifiers will proudly represent the country at the BMW Motorrad International GS Trophy 2022 to be held in Albania. The winning team will be fully equipped by BMW Motorrad for the adventure ahead, will fly to Albania and will be presented with an individual BMW GS motorcycle for each rider for the duration of the event.

The Indian National Qualifier is held every two years and usually mimics the challenges of the International GS Trophy. It is a multi-day competition in which riders score points and advance to a final where the top scorers compete for three team positions. In the 2022 edition, 22 international teams, and for the first time, 6 international women’s teams, will be selected in the coming months. The winning team from India will compete against teams from Brazil, China, France Germany, Japan, Latin America, Mexico, Netherlands, Russia, South Africa, South East Asia, South Korea, United Kingdom and USA.
