The 2022 Mahindra Scorpio-N is getting closer to its launch, which is scheduled for June 27, 2022 at 5:30 PM. The Mahindra Scorpio is due a new generation model, and the Scorpio-N fulfills that need and takes everything in the Scorpio a few notches higher. This is why Mahindra has chosen Keep the old Scorpio still in the market as Scorpio Classic, which will provide a cheaper option to Scorpio customers. As far as the Scorpio-N is concerned, we expect the SUV to be priced higher than the current Scorpio, all thanks to additional features and an increase in dimensions. The price of the Scorpio-N is expected to start from around ₹ 13 Lakh (ex-showroom), and go up to ₹ 19 Lakh (ex-showroom) for the top end model.

Mahindra Scorpio-N gets twin-pod LED headlamps, LED fog lamps and C-shaped LED DRLs
The Scorpio-N sports the same muscular and boxy silhouette that was first seen on the first-gen Scorpio, and has since become the hallmark of the SUV. The bold stance up front of the SUV gets new twin-pod LED headlamps, which are supported by LED fog lamps that are surrounded by C-shaped LED daytime running lamps. The rough and tough stance of the SUV continues along with the strong lines on the hood as well as the underside of the SUV.

The new generation Mahindra Scorpio-N has been given a complete facelift with an improved cabin design and more technical onboard. The dash gets a brand new design, and a large touchscreen takes center stage on the dash which is surrounded by vertical air-con vents. The automaker has also revealed several features that will make it into the vehicle including the AdrenoX user interface that was first seen on the Mahindra XUV700. The AdrenoX system brings in connected car technology as well as driver drowsiness detection. Apart from this, the new Scorpio-N will get a 3D sound system from Sony. The Scorpio-N is expected to be launched with the same engine options as the XUV700, including a new 2.0-litre, four-cylinder, turbo-petrol engine and a 2.2-litre, four-cylinder, diesel engine. The company is expected to introduce a slightly lower tune with both the engine options for the Scorpio-N. Both the engine options are expected to be paired with 6-speed manual and automatic gearbox options, as well as possibly a four-wheel-drive system with the top-spec variant.
