Toyota India has announced the launch of the 2022 Camry Hybrid in the Indian market, priced at Rs 41.70 lakh (ex-showroom). The updated model gets cosmetic updates on the inside with new features while the mechanical front remains untouched. Bookings for the new Toyota Camry Hybrid are open, and interested customers can book the car online through the official website or the nearest authorized dealership. The Japanese carmaker offers a standard warranty of 8 years or 1.6 lakh km (whichever is earlier).

On the exterior front, the 2022 Toyota Camry Hybrid sports a new V-shaped grille with chrome inserts along with LED headlights and LED DRLs. The sedan also gets a new front bumper, new 18-inch alloy wheels, LED taillight and more. The self-charging hybrid electric sedan is available in a new Metal Stream Metallic shade in addition to the existing colors – Platinum White Pearl, Silver Metallic, Graphite Metallic, Red Mica, Attitude Black and Burning Black.
The 2022 Toyota Camry Hybrid now gets a 9-inch floating infotainment system
The interior has also seen minor modifications in the form of a 9-inch floating infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity. In addition, the embellishment design has also been refreshed with a black engineered wood effect film with a mixed pattern. As for features, the sedan offers ventilated front seats, sequential shift with pedals, heads-up display, 10-way power-adjustable driver seat, wireless smartphone charger, rear seats with recliner, power-assisted rear sunshade, three-zone sedan is equipped. Under the bonnet, the new Toyota Camry Hybrid is powered by the same 2.5-litre petrol-hybrid motor. The engine comes mated to a self-charging hybrid electric drivetrain that makes a combined output of 215 bhp at 5,700 rpm and 220 Nm of peak torque between 3,600-5,200 rpm. The powertrain comes mated to a 6-speed Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT). It comes with three driving modes – Sport, Eco and Normal.
