1. Lasagna:

- Fry the salmon in 2-3 tablespoons olive oil for 6 minutes on each side.
- Remove salmon to a plate and add 2 tablespoons olives to the pan.
- Add chopped onions and cook for 3-4 minutes, then add Garlic and fry for 20 seconds, add tomatoes, salt and pepper and cook until tomatoes burst, turn off the heat and pour lemon juice over tomatoes.
- Pour the prepared bruschetta mixture over your cooked salmon and your dish is ready to eat.

5. Arancini:
Arancini are deep fried rice balls with a mozzarella center.
- Firstly, take some cottage cheese, milk, beaten egg, flour and bread crumbs.
- Take a pan and put some olive oil in it, add garlic and onion and cook for a minute, and add rice and mix all well.
