5 easy eye exercises to improve vision and reduce eye strain

    Palming is a simple exercise that can help relax your eyes and reduce eye strain. To do this exercise, sit in a comfortable position with the support of your elbows on the table. Rub your hands together to warm them, and then place your palms over your eyes, overlapping your fingers on your forehead. Close your eyes and breathe deeply for a few minutes, allowing your eyes to relax and rest.
  • Blinking
    Blinking keeps your eyes lubricated and reduces dryness. When you look at a screen or focus on something for a long time, you tend to blink less, which makes your eyes dry and strained. Simply blink rapidly for a few seconds every 20 minutes to keep your eyes moist and lubricated.
