1. Cheese Sandwiches – Our Recommendation
Replace white bread with brown bread, spread green chutney on slices, place cheese slices, sprinkle some salt and pepper powder, close the sandwich and rub some ghee on top and toast it. You can also completely avoid ghee and toasting and eat it as such.
2. Besan Chilla
This is yet another quick dish that you can make in just 5 minutes. Make a batter by mixing water, salt, carom seeds, red chili powder, green chili, turmeric powder and a pinch of asafetida in gram flour. Put it on a greased pan and cook it from both the sides.
