1. Pan Fried Momos
What can be better than using your leftover momos to make fried momos? The top layer of fried momos is soft and the bottom layer is crispy. To prepare this recipe at home, toss the momos in a pan with a little butter. Then add 1 tbsp of water and cover the pan with a lid. Steam the momos for ten minutes and your crispy pan-fried momos are ready.

2. Stir-Fry Momos
Momos and vegetables are a great combination. When you roast the two together, it makes for a complete meal that is packed with nutrition and flavour. You can make stir-fry momos in just ten minutes. All you have to do is chop the vegetables of your choice. It can be onion, capsicum, carrot, cabbage etc. Pour oil in a pan and fry the remaining momos and vegetables in it. Now add black pepper powder, salt and chili flakes to it. That’s it, your stir-fry momos recipe is ready.

3. Mothuk
Another way to use up leftover momos is to turn them into a delicious soup. Mothuk is a traditional Tibetan soup with pieces of momo added to it. Make this simple soup recipe at home by cooking onions, capsicum, carrots and chicken in oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. additionally, add 1 tsp soya sauce and 1 tsp green chili sauce to enhance the taste of the soup. Now pour boiling water along with 5-6 momos in it. Cook it for 10 to 15 minutes and your Mothuk is ready.

4. Momo Salad
Add leftover momos to a delicious salad. To make the momos soft, first heat them in the microwave. In a bowl, add boiled corn, chopped onion, tomato, lettuce, green vine and spring onion. Add the remaining momos to it and mix it well. Now add 1 tsp lemon juice to it and garnish the salad with freshly chopped coriander.
5. Chilli Momos
This leftover momo recipe will enhance your taste buds. Firstly, deep fry the momos in oil till they turn golden brown. Add chopped onion and capsicum to a pan. Add sauces like soy sauce, red chili sauce and green chili sauce to enhance the taste. Mix it well and add fried momos to it. Cook them for five minutes and your chilli momos are ready to eat.
