5 Yoga Asanas To Practice Regularly To Improve Your Sex Life

5 yoga poses to improve your sex life

1. Vajrasana – The thunderbolt pose

Build:

Slowly bend your knees down.

Keep your ankles parallel to each other.

The toes of the right and left feet should be close to each other instead of on top of each other.

Keep your knees in such a way that your palms are facing upwards.

Raise your head and straighten your back.


2. Paschimottanasana – sitting forward bend

Build:

• First do Dandasana.

• Make sure that your legs are extended forward and your knees are slightly bent.

• Keeping the spine straight, raise your arms up.

• Exhale to expel the air from your abdomen.

• Lean forward at the hips and exhale placing your upper body over your lower body.

• Lower your arms and place your fingers on your big toes.

3. Padahastasana – Hand to Foot Pose

Build:

Stand in Tadasana position.

While exhaling, start bending forward

Bring your fingers or palms to the floor.

4. Dhanurasana – Bow Pose

Build:

Start comfortably on your stomach.

Bend at the knees and hold your ankles firmly with your palms.

Keep a firm grip.

Extend your arms and legs as far as you can.

Look up and stay in this position for some time.

5. Chakrasana – Wheel Pose

Build:

• Lie on your back.

• Make sure your feet are planted firmly on the ground and your knees are bent.

• Keep your palms facing up while bending your arms at the elbows. Place your palms on the floor on either side of your head, rotating your arms at the shoulders.

• As you inhale, press your palms and feet together and lift your entire body up in an arch.

• Calm your breathing and keep your neck relaxed
