Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Term 1 result is expected to be released soon. CBSE had earlier asked the schools to check the OMR sheets and upload the answer keys on the same day, however, practice stopped between exams, This means that the answer sheets for some subjects have already been evaluated and thus, the result can be expected anytime soon.
The class 10 exam ended on December 11 while the class 12 exam was completed in December last year. CBSE had earlier announced that it will declare the result in record time as it has to start the new session within the stipulated time. This is the first time that the board is conducting two exams for the same batch.
Despite the changes, there are some rules that will remain the same. Like every year, this year also, the passing mark for Term I result will be 33 percent in each subject as well as in the aggregate. Once the scores are released, candidates will be able to check them on the official website of the board, cbse.nic.in. The results will also be available on cbse.gov.in or cbseresults.nic.in.
For the students appearing for the Board Exam 2022 Term I, they need to enter their registration number and date of birth to view their result. The results will also be available through SMS, IVRS and DigiLocker. CBSE 10th and 12th result will have only marks. Merit list will be released after the second Term II is conducted.
CBSE Term 1 Result Most Important
This time CBSE had divided the board examinations into two parts. The board, however, has announced that if the second session examination is not being conducted due to rising Covid-19 cases, the final result will be made on the basis of I result, internal marks and practical. After this, the final report card containing the merit list will be announced. For Term I examination, the board has decided not to pass or fail any candidate.
If a student does not appear for a paper, he/she will be marked as absent in the Term I result and will be done on the basis of internal and practical marks submitted by the school only.

The internal assessment for class 10 students will consist of grades from three periodic assessments, a student enrichment portfolio, practical assignments and speaking and listening activities. For Class 12 students, internal assessment will consist of unit tests, exploratory activities, practicals and projects.
CBSE Term 1 result likely to be better
CBSE Controller of Examinations Sanyam Bhardwaj had earlier said that due to the bifurcation of the board, the number of students failing in the board exams this year will also come down, as after the first term, students will be able to evaluate themselves better and Know how much preparation they need to do for the second term. The second term exam is likely to be held in March-April 2022.
