Billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk has shared an edited image of Twitter’s homepage that appears to be warning people against joining the social network. The picture reads, “Get fired from your job in 5-10 years. Join Twitter today.” But Mr. Musk didn’t stop there, adding that he jokingly added that the “good thing” about him is that he never tweets anything controversial. Known for sharing ideas on social media platforms.
The image appears to be modeled on Twitter’s homepage with similar color combinations and fonts. There were other messages on it. In front of the symbol for search was written “Say whatever you want”. Next to develop your network icon, it reads “Wait 5-10 years.” And, finally, for the answer symbol, the text was – “Surprise. you’re fired.”

In August 2018, Mr Musk tweeted that he had “funding secured” to take Tesla private in a $72 billion transaction. In fact, he wasn’t even close. The SEC investigated him for the claim but the matter was later settled. More recently, in March of last year, he was sued For his “irregular” tweet by a Tesla shareholder the complainant said was in violation of a 2018 agreement with the SEC.
