NBFC-Vishal, Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) on Friday announced provisional data of its debt, investment and gross income for the quarter ended March 31, 2022.
In its regulatory filing, HDFC “The personal loan business witnessed strong momentum during the quarter ended March 31, 2022,” it said.
In Q4FY22, HDFC allocated personal loans to: 8,367 crore as compared to 7,503 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year – registering a year-on-year growth of over 11.5%. Meanwhile, the amount of personal loan sold in the last 12 months 28,455 crore (PY: 18,980 crores).
In addition, HDFC has assigned 1,500 crore standard, non-personal loans during the quarter under review.
Further, the gross income of the NBFC from dividend was 128 crores 111 crore) in the last quarter of FY22.
Notably, there was no sale of investments in subsidiaries/associates during Q4FY22.
HDFC shares rose on BSE today. settled on stock above 2450.95 each 62.30 or 2.61% on the exchange. Shares have traded between intraday highs and lows 2464.90 each and 2351.40 each.
