Lucknow Super Giants captain KL Rahul heaped praise on Mohsin Khan, who took four wickets against Delhi Capitals on Sunday, May 1. On the day when the combined 384 runs in both the innings were scored, Khan was unbeaten, registering figures of 4-0-16-4.
Speaking on the latest LSG sensation, Rahul revealed that he doesn’t like facing the Uttar Pradesh pacer, who he thought was too scary in the nets.

“He’s been fantastic. I played him in the nets for the first time a month ago, didn’t want to face him. He was fast, he’s scary at times in the nets. It’s not just pace, he has a good mind.” , and has a little skill too. One is very slow and he knows when to use them,” Rahul talked about Mohsin.
Mohsin first dismissed opener David Warner during Delhi’s batting and then came back to take the crucial wicket of Rishabh Pant. Pant was cast by Mohsin with a fuller delivery after setting him up with an array of short deliveries. After DC’s chase in the middle overs, he returned to take the wickets of high-flying Rovman Powell and Shardul Thakur to complete his four-fer in the game.
Rahul was quite impressed with his team’s performance and heaped praise on Deepak Hooda – who scored a quick half-century to set up a massive base for LSG. The captain said that Hooda is very smart in the way he operates and has read the situation very well.
“He’s batting well. Throughout the season, he’s done well, even when under team pressure, he’s played really smart cricket. He’s read really well, really really Really hard working guy. Really glad he’s getting the run for the team,” concluded KL.
After their win against DC, Lucknow have moved up to the second position in the points table with 14 points from 10 matches. He will go for a long break and will next play KKR on May 7.
