Skoda Octavia price hiked by up to Rs 56,000: Here are the details – Times of India

Skoda Auto India quietly raise the price Octavia Sedan in the Indian market. Available in Style and L&K variants, the sedan gets a price hike 56,000 across all variants.
Launched in June 2021, the manufacturer has revised the price for the second time. In October 2021, Skoda Auto India had increased the price of the Octavia by around Rs 86,000. The front fascia of the new Skoda Octavia is equipped with LED headlamps with integrated twin L-shaped DRLs and a butterfly-shaped front grille. At the rear, the Octavia features split LED tail-lamps and Skoda lettering.
Inside, the Skoda Octavia gets a host of features like a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system, two-spoke steering wheel, a digital driver display, ambient lighting, wireless charging, dual-zone climate control and more.
The Skoda Octavia is powered by a 2.0-litre petrol engine that produces 188hp power and 320Nm of peak torque. The engine is mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
In terms of price, the Skoda Octavia starts at Rs 26.85 Lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up to Rs 29.85 Lakh (ex-showroom). In India, the Octavia competes with other cars like Hyundai Elantra, Jeep Compass and Citroen C5 Aircross.
