Underworld Gang Wars gets pre-registration of more than 20 lakhs

Underworld Gang Wars (UGW), India’s first AAA game, has registered over 2 million pre-registrations in less than two weeks. The battle royale game has received an unprecedented response from the Indian gaming community with the game, including its cinematic trailer and back story film, which has recorded 70 million views across all platforms. The game was revealed and pre-registration began on May 22.

Set in an Indian Plot, of UGW The gang’s locations, icons and lead characters represent an Indian context in an AAA game for the first time. The game’s themes, weapons and maps have been designed to offer a unique experience to the gamers.

At first glance via the cinematic trailer, Tyagi, a rustic gangster wearing a simple shirt and lungi and a hammer, and Boris, an urban and sophisticated gang leader carrying an assault gun, is a climax of fanaticism— Peak given.

The free-to-play battle royale game will offer an Indian context for the first time in an AAA game, resembling real locations in India, including iconic landmarks such as a fort, station, stadium, coal mine.
