Campus movement resumed on Friday as schools, colleges and universities reopened after a brief summer vacation. While schools received good response on the first day, attendance was low in colleges and universities. Schools opened at 9.30 am and classes started at 10 am. Although most schools saw a good number of students on the first day, attendance was low in some schools (without electricity and fans).
