Every year this holy festival is celebrated by worshiping the incarnation of Goddess Durga. Each day is marked for the worship of one of the nine incarnations of Goddess Durga. Buckwheat, also known as buckwheat, is used to make a delicious fasting-friendly snack to enjoy. Buckwheat is a pseudo-cereal and is gluten-free. It is one of the few grains that can be eaten during Navratri fasting. This recipe is very similar to Sabudana Khichdi but uses buckwheat. Kuttu Khichdi makes for a delicious and spicy Navratri snack that is bound to make you drool!

How to Make Kuttu Khichdi | Navratri Snack Recipe:
Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and fry till they crackle. Then add green chili, ginger and fry for a few seconds. Add potatoes and cook till crisp. Keep shaking Add the roasted peanuts and then add the washed buckwheat. Put in water Season it with rock salt and sugar. Cover the pan and let the dal cook on low flame. Garnish with coriander.
