Twitter was ordered to collect, review, and submit documents from Kywan Becpour, former general manager of consumer products, to Delaware Court of Chancery Chancellor Kathleen McCormick.
Twitter and lawyers for Musk, the world’s richest man, did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
