He said that despite being the most literate states in the country, there is no law against superstition in Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

The PMK founder called for enactment of a law during the upcoming assembly session that begins on October 17. “If there is not enough time to implement it during this session, an ordinance can be issued after the session,” he said.
