New Delhi: The lack of technical intelligence has come in the form of a large road in search of Pakistani terrorists operating in Jammu and Kashmir, including the Pahgam massacre, Thrint has learned.
Sources in the security establishment said that unlike earlier times, when terrorist was using mobile or satellite phones for communication and many times radio handsets, they have seen negligible communication in the last two-three years, especially among foreign terrorists.
While Jaish-e-Mohammed (Gem) and their frontal organizations, People’s Anti-Fascist Front (PAF), are using traditional communication systems, often use phones taken from local people or use their WiFi NextWorks, sources said that people of Lashkar-e-Taiba (Letter) or resistance are using encrypted communities.

Sources said that a suspected Chinese technology has been found using a communication tool called ‘Ultra’.

Sources said that once ultra and communication equipment is found, they are able to read the messages and who have been sent to them. The name has been saved as a code and for some time, the security forces find out who is.
