In his post, under the title ‘Amazon is Letting Me Off’, the Redter shared that he is a level 3 engineer among the tech veteran. “I just had a call with my manager that a very good chance that HR will end me next week on Friday or Max, so it’s best to give self -education and I am asking to resign till date as per the instructions given to me today,” he wrote.
The user shared that his manager has assured him that if he resigns before he is finished, he would receive money for notice period and would not be forced to serve the notice period. However, OP’s concern is that “we get an annual bonus in May every year and I am afraid that I will not get a bonus other than my salary,” he wrote.
He said, “A friend suggested me not to resign and my manager is pressurizing me to resign and on the other hand my manager said that if I not, I will be abolished and will be basically blacklisted by the company, so there is no imperfection in the future,” he said.
