The AI will pick up images from January this year that are important enough to be considered for this collection and show them as you load the app.
As per the report, the images are being shown without a specific date order and some of them may not be what you would really like to have in such a collection. Google The number of memory collections has increased this year, with more tailored personalization for users. This makes for daily, weekly and monthly photo stories that appear at the top of the Photos app.
If you’ve stopped backing up your photos on the Google Photos app, chances are it still shows some photo collections at the top, such as collections from a year ago, or collections from 2 or 3 years ago, on it. Depending on how long you have been backing up your photos.
Although AI can select photos, you’ll want to take a look at the collection, that is, if you’ve been uploading most of your smartphone photos to the Photos app this year. You might also be pleasantly surprised if the app kicks out a cherished memory from the past 12 months.
