How to Make Lahori Mutton Karahi El Lahori Mutton Karahi
Wash and dry the mutton pieces. It is recommended to use small boneless chunks for faster cooking. Heat about half a cup of oil in a pan and deep fry the mutton pieces till they turn golden brown. Add the crushed and ground ingredients one after the other. Lastly add tomato puree, little water and let it boil till the meat becomes soft and tender. Serve hot garnished with ginger juliennes.
