Corn Sooji Balls is one such snack that not only can be easily made at home but also serves as an everlasting snack. The corn and semolina (semolina) in this snack makes it healthier as compared to other high calorie foods.
To make this delicious snack, first of all, get all the ingredients mentioned below.
Semolina (semolina) – 1 cup
Curd – cup
Corn – cup
peas – cup
Chopped green chili – 1
Chopped coriander – 1 tbsp
Chopped ginger – 1 inch piece
Sunflower seeds – tbsp
Cumin – tbsp
Sesame – tbsp.

Salt
Once you have arranged all the ingredients, follow the steps given below to make Corn Sooji Balls.
Step 1: Take a bowl and mix curd and semolina in it.
Step 2: Add corn, crushed peas, chopped green chillies, coriander and some salt to the mixture and mix well.
Step 3: Let the mixture rest for several minutes.
Step 4: Place the mold maker (you can also use idli maker) and heat it on the stove. Once heated, pour some oil in each mold and then add cumin and sesame seeds.
Step 5: Add a pinch of eno to the semolina-curd mixture and mix well.
Step 6: Now pour this mixture into each mould with the help of a spoon.
Step 7: Cover the mold with a lid and let the mixture cook for 10 minutes.
Step 8: Check whether the balls are cooked properly or not. When they become crispy and golden, keep the balls in a plate.
Step: 9: You are done, now enjoy healthy Corn Sooji Balls with Green Chutney or Tomato Sauce.
