To prepare this dish, first boil four eggs. Then put some oil, turmeric, salt and pepper in a pan. Cut the boiled eggs into two halves and fry them in masala oil. When they turn golden brown, take them out. Now in the same oil add chopped onion, curry leaves, green chilies and ginger-garlic paste. Let it cook till the onion becomes soft. Add red chili powder, black pepper, chaat masala, coriander powder and salt to taste. Mix it well and then add fried eggs to it. Mix all the flavors together. Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
