Today we have got another delicious desi chip recipe which can be easily made at home and it is none other than Sabudana Chips.
Sago, also called tapioca pearls or sago, is basically made from tapioca starch extracted from the roots of the cassava plant. While we all use sabudana to make khichdi and vadas, it is also used to make snacks like fries! Use sabudana available in your home to make fried chips.

Soak the sabudana overnight. Heat a pan and pour water in it, add soaked sabudana. Cook sabudana until soft and liquid. Season it with salt, lemon juice and pepper. You can also add food coloring at this stage if you wish. Spread a plastic sheet, and pour a spoonful of the mashed mixture onto the sheet; It should be about the size of the chips you want. Make sure they don’t touch each other. Let this sun dry for at least a day. Once the chips take their shape, deep fry them like a deep fryer.
