Adani firms will be in focus this week, Adani Green, NDTV Q4 results on May 1

Both Adani Green And NDTV share prices have closed the trading week ended April 28 on a bullish note ahead of earnings.

Adani Green Energy:

Adani Green’s share price closed ahead of fourth quarter earnings 950.60 on the BSE on Friday, up 3.7%.

earlier this month, Adani Green also announced a 49% increase in its operating capacity to 8,086 MW at the end of fiscal 2023, the largest capacity addition ever by any domestic renewable energy firm.

In the third quarter of FY23, the company posted a consolidated net profit of 103 crore, more than double as compared to 49 crore were posted in the same quarter a year ago. Net income climbed 53% YoY 2,258 crore in the third quarter at Rs. On segment-wise performance, Power Supply revenue grew by 29% 1,260 crore, a 47% increase in revenue from the sale of goods and related services 699 crores.

NDTV:

NDTV’s share price closed on Friday at 189.45 on the BSE, up 4.24%.

NDTV, which is a part of the Adani Group, has also made a net profit. 12.9 crore in Q3 of FY23, down from 27.6 crore in the same period a year ago. Notably, NDTV Convergence, the group’s digital arm, recorded its best ever revenue 13.3 crore in Q3.

As on March 31, 2023, the group holds approximately 50.71% stake in Adani Green Energy, while it holds 64.71% in NDTV through RRPR Holding and Vishwapradhan Commercial.

Other companies that will announce their fourth quarter results on Monday are — 5Paisa, Abirami Financial Services, Ashnisha Industries, GNA Excels, Gravita India, MilkFood, Sheesh Industries and Omega-Ag Seeds.

Although, acc It was the first of the group to announce its Q4 report recently. The group holds 63.15% stake in Ambuja Cement, which in turn owns 50.05% in ACC Limited. Adani directly holds 6.64% stake in ACC.

Ambuja Cements and Adani Total Gas will present their quarterly earnings on May 2, while Adani Wilmar will announce its fourth quarter results on May 3 and Adani Enterprises on May 4.
