Welspun Group Chairman BK Goenka has bought a penthouse in Oberoi Realty’s luxury project Three Sixty West in Worli, Mumbai. This is the second largest transaction of 2023.

The sale was registered on February 8 between Oasis Realty along with its partners Skylark Buildcon Private Limited and Oberoi Construction Limited, a textile company based in Kutch, Gujarat, through its authorized signatory Mukulraj Raghoti. The directors of Taxreal are also directors in a number of Welspun Group companies.
