What It Looked Like Excavating By Prashant Kishor Nitish Kumar To suggest that he was secretly helping the BJP, Kishor, without comment, posted a set of photographs in which Bihar Chief Minister was seen smiling alongside PM Modi. However, the tweet disappeared within no time.
In the now-deleted tweet, there are four pictures in which Nitish Kumar can be seen greeting PM Modi and smiling. In two pictures, Nitish Kumar can be seen greeting the Prime Minister with folded hands.
The tweet comes a day after Nitish Kumar criticized his former party colleague Kishor, who said that the JD(U)’s decision to switch alliance will have regional impact and not national impact. Calling election strategist Prashant Kishor a “propaganda expert”, Bihar CM Kumar suggested that Kishor may be working in secret to help the BJP.
Bihar CM and JD(U) supremo Nitish Kumar, except BJP, recently swapped allies and formed a new coalition government with Tejashwi Yadav’s RJD and Congress, the ‘Mahagathbandhan’.
Nitish Kumar on Wednesday said Prashant Kishor’s statements have no relevance and asked if he knew ABC what he has done and how much work he has done since 2005. “When someone is talking like this, try to understand that he must have something in mind. Like he wants to stay with BJP or help BJP covertly,” Nitish Kumar said.
Meanwhile, the Bihar Chief Minister on Wednesday pitched for uniting all non-BJP parties, saying it would be the “main front” and not a “third front”.
“If all the non-BJP parties in different states come together, there will be an environment for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections where things will not remain one-sided. Everyone I spoke to had a positive discussion,” Nitish Kumar said.
On the third front, he said, “Whenever someone says that there is a need to form a third front, I always say let’s form a ‘main front’. Whenever it happens, it will be the main front, not the third front.” Kumar held discussions with NCP supremo Sharad Pawar earlier in the day and also met CPI (ML) general secretary Dipankar Bhattacharya.
