Ahead of IND vs AUS 3rd Test, Suryakumar Yadav travels to Tirumala Venkateswara Temple in Tirupati; shares photos

With the Delhi Test getting over in just under 3 days, the players of Team India have got themselves a much-needed break. The Indian players, who usually have a busy schedule, will report for duty in Indore on February 25 after enjoying a five-day break from work. The third Test vs Australia in the ongoing Border-Gavaskar Trophy will begin from March 1 at the Holkar Stadium in Indore. The Indian team will have four days to practice in the nets and prepare for the game. Making the most of the break, the players have gone back home to spend some quality time with family. Meanwhile, Suryakumar Yadav made the most of the break by traveling to Tirupati and visiting the Tirumala Venkateswara temple to seek blessings.

India lead 2-0 in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. He finished both the matches in Nagpur and Delhi within 3 days. However, Rohit Sharma and co know they need to target and win both the remaining games to play the World Test Championship final in London. Given the Australian team’s problems including injuries, it looks like India have a great chance of whitewashing the visitors 4-0. Australia have lost David Warner and Josh Hazlewood to injuries. These two will not play the remaining two matches as they have been sent back to Australia. Meanwhile, skipper Pat Cummins has also flown back to Australia due to a family emergency but is expected to be back with the team before the start of the third Test.

India beat Australia by an innings and 132 runs in Nagpur and again by 6 wickets inside 3 days in Delhi.
