Ahead of the trailer launch of the much-awaited film, ‘Lal Singh Chaddha‘, the director Advaita Chandan took to his Instagram handle to write a heartfelt note for his lead actor Aamir Khan,

Advait shared an unseen picture of Aamir and him from the sets of the film, where they are together watching something on the monitor. The actor is seen wearing an army uniform.

In the post, Advait thanked Bollywood The superstar remained his mentor and guidance throughout his journey. Film makers even go as far as to call him ‘Mahapurush’. He wrote, ‘Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day, teach him how to fish and you feed him for life. Aamir sir taught me how to fish and then he gave me a fishing net and now he has given me a fishing boat! Sometimes they even gave me some free fish.

Elaborating further, he said, “Today when our trailer is about to go live, I am filled with gratitude for this man who has encouraged me on my lowest days, calmed me down on my most anxious people, while Let me be your biggest troll. On quite a few days. You are the best, sir… God of Catan, Grand Chess Master, Rubik’s Cube Mr., Life Guru, A Real Director Actor, Best Supporting Director, Best Continuity Supervisor. .. the fastest editor, the most generous producer!”

Giving a comic twist to his emotional post, he concluded, “Sir, you are great, great, swami, antaryami ho… balki main toh kehte hoon sir, ke aap purush hi nahi… mahapurush ho !!! Great man…. 😉 Thank you sir, I keep a lot of fish on you. Advaita.”

‘Lal Singh Chaddha’ is the official Hindi adaptation of the Hollywood film ‘Forrest Gump’, which starred Tom Hanks in the lead role. Hindi remake also stars Kareena Kapoor KhanMona Singh and Naga Chaitanya in lead roles. It is scheduled to hit the theaters on August 11, 2022.
