After a long hiatus, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will return to Tamil with Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan. The film is going to release in two parts. According to rumours, Aishwarya is said to be in talks with superstar Rajinikanth to play the lead role in director Nelson Dilipkumar’s upcoming film. The commercial entertainment will be produced largely by Sun Pictures.
