all eyes are Alia Bhatt And Ranbir Kapoor Ever since the lovebirds announced their pregnancy. From fans to members of the film industry, almost everyone is talking about Alia and Ranbir’s child. While shooting for an episode of Dance Deewane Juniors, the entire team of the show decided to surprise Neetu Kapoor.
In the promo video shared by Colors TV, host Karan Kundrra is seen congratulating ‘grandmother-to-be’ Neetu Kapoor. An excited Neetu Kapoor thanked everyone for the well wishes. She also said that it was the happiest and best news she could have received.
Guest Farah Khan is also seen in the clip. Farah said in the promo, “Chintu ji is back (Rishi Kapoor is back).
To this, the emotional Neetu Kapoor replied with a big ‘haan’. Alia and Ranbir tied the knot on April 14, 2022, after dating for several years, in an intimate ceremony at Ranbir’s Mumbai residence. Just two months after their wedding, the couple announced on Monday that they are all set to embrace parenthood.
Adding a picture from her ultrasound appointment on Instagram, Alia wrote, “Our baby….. coming soon.” She also posted a picture which has two lions and a lion cub.
A day after announcing her pregnancy, Alia thanked everyone for their well wishes.
“Overwhelmed with all the love. I have tried to read everyone’s messages and wishes and I just want to say that it feels really special to celebrate such a big moment of our life with all the love and blessings. To everyone Thank you one of you,” she posted on Instagram.
She also denied reports that claimed the former planned her pregnancy in a way that didn’t affect her film commitment.
Reports also say that Ranbir will be flying to the UK to “pick up” Alia.
Expressing her dismay at the incorrect coverage of her pregnancy news, Alia took to Instagram Story and wrote, “Meanwhile we still live in some people’s heads, we still live in some patriarchal world.. FYI. Nothing is delayed!!!! Nobody needs pick up anyone. I’m a woman, not a parcel!!!!! I don’t need to rest at all, but it’s nice to know that you have There will be doctors certification too 🙂 It’s 2022. Can we get out of this archaic way of thinking! Now if you’ll excuse me.. my shot is ready.”
Alia is currently in the UK shooting for her Hollywood debut ‘Heart of Stone’.
