Now he is in the guidelines because of getting a new apartment. Alia Bhatt has bought a 2,497 sq ft apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra West. Not only this, he has gifted two apartments to his sister Roylan Bhatt. The cost of the actress’ new apartment is Rs 37.80 crore.

In which it has been told that according to IndexTap.com, Alia Bhatt’s production company House – Eternal Sunshine Production Pvt Ltd has bought an apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra West for Rs 37.80 crore. The 2,497 sq ft apartment is located at Aerial View Co Attendant Housing Society in Pal Hill area in Bandra West, Mumbai. As per reports, the actress’ production house has bought the house from Gold Street Mercantile Company Pvt Ltd.
For this, Alia Bhatt has paid stamp duty of Rs 2.26 crore and registered the sale agreement on April 10 this year. Alia Bhatt has also gifted two flats totaling 2,086.75 sq.ft at a cost of approximately Rs 7.68 crore to her sister Roylon Bhatt on the same day. The actress bought these apartments on AB Nair Road in Juhu for her sister. Let us tell you that Alia Bhatt was last seen in the film Brahmastra. Ranbir Kapoor was in the lead role with him in this film.
