Almost every Ferrari car sold since 2005 is being recalled for a defect! Here’s why – Times of India

ferrari Known as the pinnacle of sports cars, the Italian manufacturer produces some of the most desirable cars all over the world. While no one can question Ferrari’s quick ability, the company’s latest recall highlights that this is not the case with Ferrari’s braking ability.
Ferrari North America 23,555 cars have been recalled due to a possible brake problem that could lead to brake failure and an accident. A total of 19 models have been affected all the way back to 2005, and are now being recalled at risk of potential brake failure, according to National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).
The faulty part is the brake fluid reservoir cap, which, if not working properly, can allow a vacuum to build up inside the reservoir. This could result in a potential brake fluid leak that could lead to partial or complete loss of the brakes. Ferrari will fix the issue for free once the parts are available. The brake fluid reservoir cap will be replaced while the vehicle’s low brake fluid warning message will also be updated.
