The powerful A14 Bionic chip comes to the iPad, providing a 20 percent increase in CPU and 10 percent improvement in graphics over the previous generation. This makes the new iPad 5x faster than the best-selling Android tablet, and for users upgrading from a device like the iPad (7th generation), they will see a 3x improvement in overall performance with the new iPad.

The dual microphones are designed to work in conjunction with the cameras, capturing audio from the camera in use, and reducing distracting background noise. The new landscape stereo speakers provide an immersive video viewing experience on the iPad with the larger display.
