Apple confirmed last night that it will also hold September 14 where the company will launch the Apple iPhone 13 series. While it is widely known by now that Apple will be bringing iphone 13 Apple itself did not mention that it would launch the iPhone 13 series during the California streaming event. Apple However, here are some clues on its next major launch via an official invite that takes you into an augmented reality (AR) experience. Apple has used such AR-based easter eggs since last year to promote its upcoming product launches.
This year the AR-based Easter Egg comes in handy when users visit the Apple Events website and tap the September 14th California Livestream invite from their iPhone or iPad. Clicking it will bring up the AR Apple logo which will appear on the user’s camera viewfinder. Users can pinch into it to view the landscape of the lake and then move the Apple device to find the 9.14 launch date. Apple has also integrated some sound effects. The AR logo uses Apple’s ARKit which comes pre-installed on the iPhone or iPad. Therefore, users will not be able to get that experience on an Android device or their computer.
According to reports, the AR logo suggests that the upcoming Apple iPhone may bring some next-level AR experiences. Reports have earlier suggested that the entire iPhone 13 lineup is speculated to come with Light Detecting and Ranging (LiDAR) scanning technology. Apple currently only offers LiDAR on the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max.
