AR Rahman is all set to make his directorial debut with the VR film Le Musk. The music maestro, who is currently in Cannes, shared two pictures from his first day at the film festival. Audiences were seen enjoying his directorial debut project, which will see a world premiere at Cannes XR, Marche du Filmes, during the 75th Festival du Cannes. For those unaware, Cannes XR is a program for new technologies and cinematographic content.

The star cast will be present during a season at Cannes 2022 titled Cannes XR. Le Musk: A Cinematic Sensory Experience by AR Rahman. Rahman is the director and music composer of this project. The session is scheduled for May 19. The story of Le Musk stems from an original idea by Rahman’s wife Saira.
