Coimbatore racers, Kishore Surya Varthan and veteran Arjun Balu (Race Concepts) entered the fourth and final round of the MRF MMSC FMSCI National Car Racing Championship with remarkable victories here on Saturday.
Defending champion Balu, 47, who qualified for the morning pole with a lap record time of 1:49.023 at Honda City, took his fifth win of the season as well as the championship in Indian Touring Cars. Category with another race. Varthaan, only 18, won the Premier MRF Formula 1600 class fluently from pole.
