Arrested Mumbai Police files petition for transfer from Thane hospital to Mumbai

Dismissed Mumbai Police officer Sachin Waze, the prime accused in the “Antilia” bombing case and Mansukh deer murder case, has filed a petition before the National Investigation Agency (NIA) court in Mumbai seeking permission to be shifted from a hospital in Bhiwandi, Thane. . district, where he is currently admitted to a hospital in Mumbai.

A defense lawyer said that in his application filed on Tuesday, Mr Wez sought directions from the special court to transfer him to a hospital in Mumbai for treatment and surgery, Mr Wez’s plea to be heard on Thursday.
