The larger Buddy i1 and i2 offer payloads of 1250 kg and 1425 kg respectively and the company claimed they offer the widest deck of 1750 mm width and the widest of 2596 mm (8.5 ft) for the i1 and 2745 mm (9 ft). Long decks are designed to offer that. For the i2, which is the highest in this category.
The company claims that the Bada Buddy i1 and i2 are intelligently designed to have a low turning radius for better suitability for inter and intra-city applications and have the lowest turning radius in its class – 10.6m on the i1 and i2 at 11.3 m. The Bada Dost i1 and i2 are expected to feature dash-mounted gear shift levers, dual tone dashboard, digital instrument cluster and air conditioning.
Bada Dost i1 and i2 are being offered with a warranty of 3 years/1 lakh km.
The company also announced the launch of Bada Dost Limited Edition, which will be the first commercial vehicle to feature central locking, keyless entry into the vehicle as well as anti-theft feature – offerings that are commonly seen in passenger vehicles. . The Limited Edition gets a 7-inch touch screen infotainment system with mobile connectivity and Bluetooth calling feature. LCV A reverse parking camera is also available.
