But have you ever wondered what it is like to do yoga in space? Astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti of a European Space Agency can be seen in a difficult yoga pose in zero gravity in a new viral video.

Ms Cristoforetti can be seen following an instructor from Cosmic Kids performing various yoga postures – a platform for mindfulness for children. The astronaut is wearing an elastic band in zero gravity. In the 15-second clip, she is seen balancing her body while doing an eagle eye pose while she holds the pose in a criss-cross position.

The post’s caption read, “Yoga in weightlessness? Done! It’s a little tricky, but with the right posture and some creative freedom you can do it.”
