At least five people were killed, one was missing and another was injured after an explosion at a chemical factory in China on Monday morning, the Global Times reported.
The incident happened at the chemical hydrogen peroxide production area in Liaocheng, Shandong province of China.
According to the Global Times, the cause of the incident is still unknown and is under investigation.
Meanwhile, China Daily reported that the fire had been extinguished by Monday afternoon.
The injured person is undergoing treatment at a local hospital while the rescue operation is still underway.
