More filmmakers from the west are taking off their hats for SS Rajamouli’s film RRRThe most recent is British director Edgar Wright who has called the Telugu period action epic “absolute blast”.
Wright, like the man behind Blockbuster baby driver, Scott Pilgrim vs the World And last night in sohosaid he recently saw RRR at the British Film Institute (BFI) and received it an “entertaining” watch.
“Finally saw @RRRMovie on the big screen at @BFI with a huge crowd. What a great blast. So entertaining. The only movie I’ve ever seen where the intermission card alone got the applause,” said a 48-year-old film The producer tweeted on Saturday.

The Hindi version of the film premiered on Netflix on May 20 and soon became India’s most popular film on streamers globally.
The film followed the fictional story of two Indian freedom fighters from the early 20th century – Alluri Sitaram played by Ram Charan and Komaram Bheem essayed by Jr NTR.
RRR It was also dubbed in Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada, which is available for streaming on ZEE5.
In recent weeks, a range of Hollywood actors, including Doctor Strange Director Scott Derrickson and writers C Robert Cargill, Joe Dante gremlins fame, Guardians of the Galaxy film director James Gunn, Dune Screenwriter Jon Spahats, filmmaker Christopher Miller and gray man Directors Anthony and Joe Russo have praised the film for being an extraordinary visual spectacle.
Meanwhile, the search engine Google found a unique way to honor Rajamouli and his film.
when a user searches RRR On Google, the motion emoji of a horse and motorcycle is displayed at the top of the page after the search results. It is a tribute to the iconic scene from the film where Ram Charan rides a horse while Jr NTR rides a bike.
The official handle of the film also thanked the search engine for the gesture.
The tweet read, “Thank you @Google for surprising us and acknowledging the global phenomenon and popularity of RRR.”
