Bandhan Bank Q4FY’25 jumps more than Rs 318CR at five times yoy

Kolkata, 30 April (PTI) Bandhan Bank on Wednesday reported an increase in its net profit for the quarter ended on 31 March 2025, compared to Rs 318 crore, compared to Rs 55 crore in the year-old period, compared to Rs 55 crore, by low provisions despite a decline in net interest income.

The net revenue of the lender in Q4 FY25 was less than Rs 3,560 crore in the respective quarter of the previous year, Rs 3,456 crore.

Pure interest income (NII) fell 4 percent yoy to Rs 2,756 crore, while net interest margin (NIM) increased to 6.7 percent, down 4 percent.

For the entire financial year financial year 25, the bank’s profit increased after tax from 23 percent to Rs 2,230 crore to Rs 2,745 crore in FY 24.

For FY25, Bandhan Bank’s net revenue increased 16 percent YOY to Rs 14,458 crore, while NII increased by 11 percent to Rs 11,491 crore. The operating profit was Rs 11 per cent for Rs 7,389 crore. PTI BSM NN
