The United Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU), a unified union of SETS employees, has decided after a meeting of employee leaders on Thursday that the site will go on strike on January 30 and 31. Bank union leaders say that the union had to take this decision due to continuous ignoring of the demands of the employees by the IBA. The union says that the letter was sent to IBA several times but no response was received.
