Steps to do Tadasana or Mountain Pose:
1. Stand with your feet slightly apart.
2. Make sure your weight is balanced equally on both feet.
3. While inhaling, raise the hands above the head.
4. Interlock your fingers with palms facing out.
5. Raise your shoulders towards your ears.
6. On the exhale, pull your shoulders back and down your spine, opening your chest and straightening your posture.
7. Relax all your muscles.
8. Give your eyes a rest and maintain a steady gaze.
9. Come back to your normal position and relax.
