Bigg Boss 15: Karan defends girlfriend Tejashwi as Rakesh slams Shamita for calling her ‘aunty’
During the first part of the ‘Bigg Boss 15’ season finale episode, which aired today, Karan Kundrra defended Tejashwi Prakash after he was reprimanded by Rakesh Bapat for calling his girlfriend Shamita Shetty “aunty”. After the announcement of Rashmi Desai’s elimination from the show, Salman surprises Shamita by telling her that Rakesh was there to support her.
When Salman asks him to say something, Rakesh praises Shamita for doing so well on the show, however, he also reprimands Tejashwi for misbehaving with his girlfriend. “I wanted to break the TV, I was very angry,” Rakesh told her, as he called her during a task to embarrass her and drag her down. In response, Tejashwi said that the rift between him and Shamita is always a matter of “action and reaction”.
She defended her statement by calling her “aunty”, saying, “Karan Kundrra also called her the same and you didn’t react to it.”
Later discussing about their previous fight, Tejashwi and Shamita once again got into a heated argument over his “aunty” remark. Shamita asks Karan to talk something sensible to his girlfriend, “Your girlfriend has lost the plot,” she said.
However, Karan defended Tejashwi, saying, “He didn’t age-shame you,” and the same was not said in that context. They had a lengthy discussion as Karan tries to explain that Tejashwi did not intend to shame Age, while Shamita said that the explanation cannot be given with an apology.
