While the carmaker has allotted 100 direct import units of the luxury electric car for India, the company has received over 3x bookings for the EV6, and is planning to bring more units soon.

Mahindra has confirmed its plans to introduce a fully electric version of the XUV300 sub-compact SUV in India in the first quarter of 2023. The length of the XUV300 Electric will be around 4.2m, which will be slightly longer than the sub-4m ICE XUV300. It may get a 40 kWh battery pack for a range of around 350 km.
