New Delhi: State-owned fuel refiner and retailer Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) on Saturday launched an electric vehicle fast-charging corridor with fast charging stations at 12 BPCL retail outlets on the Delhi-Jalandhar National Highway. The 750-km stretch of NH-44 is the fourth such electric vehicle fast-charging corridor in the country, with fast charging stations at about 100 km on both sides of the highway. Chennai-Trichy-Madurai, Chennai-Bangalore and Bangalore-Coorg were the first three electric vehicle fast-charging corridors set up by BPCL.

BPCL also announced the launch of an integrated customer program with MG Motors, a British automotive brand that has so far sold 8,900 electric vehicles in the country, which will enable all MG EV customers to charge at BPCL EV charging stations through their car dashboard. will enable detection.
