The lives of the BTS ARMYs have been rocked ever since BigHit Music shared that Jin has decided to withdraw his request to delay his military training. Jin’s fellow BTS members RM, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook will also enlist for training. “BIGHIT MUSIC is proud to announce today that members of BTS are currently moving forward with plans to complete their military service. Following an unprecedented concert to support Busan’s bid World Expo 2030, and as each individual embarks on solo efforts, this is the right time and BTS members are honored to serve,” the band’s agency wrote in a statement on Weavers.
BTS will regroup as a band in 2025. ARMY Twitter is in shambles, but they’re not going anywhere. The memes they are making about BTS members in the army are proof of this. Three years is nothing, the ARMYs have said, as they camp out on Twitter to wait it out.

BigHit said in its statement, “BIGHIT MUSIC has focused on the milestone when it will be possible for these healthy youth to serve their countrymen with respect to the needs of the country, and that is now.”
Jin will begin the military recruiting process as soon as his single release ends in late October. Other BTS members will follow suit according to their individual plans. There is speculation in the media that Jin may have a collaboration with the upcoming single Coldplay.
